    DIRECTOR

    A barrister, French speaker and indirect tax expert. Phillip specialises in VAT; Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT); and Customs Duty issues. Phillip's particular area of expertise is assisting international companies with UK and EU VAT compliance and PPT.

    Specialities: UK and EU VAT; Plastic Packaging Tax; counter assessment resolution; Finance and Tax tribunals; international trade; indirect tax compliance; and training.

  • Chris Isaacs (MIoD)

    DIRECTOR

    Former Assistant Chief Investigation Officer in HM Customs & Excise (now HM Revenue & Customs), Director of Tax Investigations at PwC and Head of Tax at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors; Chris is probably the most experienced and successful investigation adviser in business today.

    Specialities: customs duties and regimes, excise, investigation, anti dumping duty.
